The Red Dress Project for me was more that a weight loss journey. For me it was about gaining confidence. I've always been the big girl in the room, wanting to shrink and hide. Customizable Training Program (GTFU Daily FU Workouts)
In 30 to 42 days, we can customize your workouts around YOUR body and YOUR abilities. These are NOT cookie cutter programs that you'll see in the magazines at the supermarket. We take into account how women like you move, & what you're capable of, and build YOUR workout plan around YOU to ensure that you get the best results as quickly and safely as possible. Train whenever, or wherever you wish! All you need is your phone and adjustable dumbbells up to 50 lbs (or a set). You don't even need a cardio machine!
PLUS for those in Barbados who want the class experience, complimentary group sessions (by reservation only) are available Tues, Thurs (530 am and 6 pm) and Saturdays (8 am).

Yes this is one of the MAJOR components of this program. We all know it's about the diet (hate that word) but we are going to make sure you follow science-proven systems that will still have you eating real food. In fact we will cover so much nutrition that there is no way we won't find a meal plan or program that works for YOU, YOUR life, and YOUR schedule. Plus, no after-program rebound weight!
What to do for the days you're NOT at your gym.
Being honest here: this does require a few things for you to change, in order for you to get from where you are to where you want to be. So some homework is involved, but we have you covered there. We will instruct you what to do on the days you're need to switch it up, taking into consideration what equipment or gyms you have access to and design your workouts accordingly.
Tracking and accountability (GTFU Q.A.A.lity Coaching weekly)
We hold you to a higher standard than you may hold yourself, because if you're not accountable to someone, only YOU know if you did, or did not, follow the plan. This alone will give you ideas that you never thought about and help keep you on your game throughout this program. PLUS we host a LIVE group coaching call weekly!
The Red Dress Event
For those resident in Barbados, we will celebrate in style after your 6 week journey to a better you! You will need a Red Dress (we suggest having one tailored if you can) as we will be dining out. For your financial planning, we suggest budgeting $200 towards the event. A photographer will be on hand to capture your celebratory moment!

RDP was so much more than I expected. I never felt like I was "dieting". What started out as a group of mostly strangers ended up being a #girlgang. We encouraged and held each other accountable and the results speak for themselves.

I've tried a number of exercise and dieting programs but they were never truly successful until now. The Red Dress experience was amazing as it provided extremely clear direction and accountability for creating healthy habits. These habits are not just for a short period but are those to put into practice for life. Red Dress Project ?!?! best decision and investment ever. It was a very comprehensive Programme and provided me with the tools to effectively reach and exceed my goals. I set my goals quite timidly and blew past them halfway through. The guides and meal plans became part of my daily routines during the Programme and I was able to learn new foods, recipes to form new habits for life. Some of those items are now staples on my shopping list. The community of RDP is unmatched, with ladies all in for the same goal, classes were nothing but motivating regardless of how hard it seemed. Well it was intimidating to sign up. Being quite overweight you feel like the programmes are too advanced and too hard. But after reading the booklets etc the positivity was encouraging. I actually started to enjoy challenging myself to try. Sometimes the workouts seemed impossible but once I started I realised I could do this. Everyday I got better and felt more confident. Having the group of ladies to encourage each other was great. I like to workout at home so having the app and the timers was easy to use and super convenient to follow along. The meals were really good. It didn't feel like diet food and I felt energetic.
